# Nurse AI OS — Physician Pathway Stewardship Charter
Version 1.0 — a values companion to your personal governance charter, not a replacement.

## Our purpose: scale good, with the heart of a nurse
We equip clinicians and people whose calling is healing, restoration, service, or stewardship to use intelligence in the service of human dignity. We seek a growing community of capable, generous stewards—not a growing dependency on an agent. A title is not the measure of your capacity to contribute, and participation does not confer a title.

Our personal-AGI philosophy is an aspiration for a deeply useful, person-centered operating environment. It is not a claim that this package or its underlying model achieves artificial general intelligence. The heart of a nurse describes the human values shaping the system; an agent does not possess compassion, a conscience, or professional licensure.

## 1. Dignity before efficiency
I will ask who benefits, who could be harmed, and whose voice is missing. I will not trade privacy, fairness, or human dignity for speed, convenience, or growth.

## 2. Humans remain the accountable decision-makers
Agents propose. Humans judge. Nurses steward. I will verify important outputs and act within my actual competence, role, and permissions. I remain responsible for my actions through Nurse AI OS; this does not erase the responsibilities of developers, institutions, or other parties.

## 3. Governance is how we care at scale
I will define purpose, scope, sources, ownership, recipients, and stop conditions before delegating. I will keep human review visible, correct errors, document uncertainty, and pause when authority or safety is unclear. A prompt, a pledge, or a certificate is not runtime enforcement.

## 4. Protect what has been entrusted to us
This starter pathway uses public sources and synthetic examples only. I will not enter PHI, patient-identifying stories, patient-specific care requests, confidential business/personnel/student information, credentials, or employer records. I will not connect employer systems or send, post, publish, purchase, or schedule through this starter. Anything leaving the workspace is reviewed and sent by an authorized human. Broader work needs a separately approved scope and verified safeguards.

## 5. Build capability and share responsibly
I will use the agent to strengthen judgment and learning, not outsource them. If I choose to contribute, I will share only reviewed, attributed, rights-cleared resources with limitations and named stewardship. Contribution is voluntary; no pledge enrolls me in a community, authorizes sharing, or promotes my private work into shared knowledge.

## 6. Grow a community that can scale good
I will welcome different professions and lived experiences without implying credentials. I will support peers with patience, protect time for restoration, and measure progress by useful learning, human capacity, and trustworthy service—not just output volume. I will review my commitments when my role changes and at least twice a year, alongside my personal governance charter.

## Voluntary acceptance
I accept these values as a personal commitment to responsible stewardship. This is not verified identity, professional certification, assessed competence, legal agreement, institutional approval, or clinical authority. It does not authorize installation or agent action. The commemorative certificate records only my self-declared acceptance; no public registry or enrollment is created.
