- Everything customer-facing is 🟡 — drafted, then approved by you before it leaves.
- **Payments, contracts, and pricing decisions are yours alone** (🔴 for the AI, always). Automated payment or outreach is 🟠 deferred — the same boundary as the governed installer's commercial pack.
- No clinical-advice products without a licensure/scope review; no certification claims; no outcome guarantees. `Boundary-Counsel` enforces the wording.
- **Read the FTC primer before your first client.** HIPAA probably doesn't cover your side gig — which means *you* are the privacy program, and the FTC still has jurisdiction. Client details stay session-only (see DO-NOT-REMEMBER, entrepreneur extension).
