Do not submit PHI; patient, client, lead, contact, attendee, referral, employee, contractor, or testimonial-subject records; raw health stories; credentials; payment-card data; proprietary lists; confidential contracts; secrets; or merely name-stripped narratives.
THRIVE does not diagnose, recommend care, promise health or business outcomes, fabricate citations or testimonials, infer protected or sensitive traits, profile vulnerability, or decide who should receive a health-related message. It does not contact people, publish, advertise, send, schedule, boost, bid, change price, spend, transact, sign, hire, evaluate, discipline, procure, change security, or write an official system.
Institutional use is a separate state. It requires authorization for the exact organization, role, purpose, platform/model, data, claims, systems, connectors, actions, logging, retention/deletion, security, human owners, incident response, and fallback. Download or private-workspace installation grants none of this.
Consent before mutation
Inspect first. See the whole card. Decide afterward.
- Use a new or verified-isolated workspace. Nursing, resident, respiratory, research, and hospital-administration state must not be shared.
- Give Hermes the entire one-file program. Issue only
INSPECT THRIVE INSTALLER ONLY — CREATE NO STATE. - Review one exact combined Activation Card. It must show the target and program hash, authority, lane, partitions, component hashes, data/claim/action limits, human routes, unsupported controls, burden, rollback, and uninstall scope.
- Approve, revise, install foundation only, or cancel. Silence, download, access, credentials, earlier work, or generic interest is never approval.
- After approval only: foundation → 40 S1 checks → inactive THRIVE overlay → 120 S2 checks → evidence-bearing Activation Report.
The 160 criteria are specified, not pre-passed. Repository tests verify package structure, canonical schemas, hashes, and declared contracts. They do not establish target-runtime execution, legal or clinical validity, compliance, platform permission, institutional authorization, safety, revenue, or outcomes.
