Named buyer	No purchase required. Intended for nurses, nursing students, and invited healthcare learners using personal, public-safe material.
Evidence-based promise	Access to the browser-first SOUL Quiz, Starter Kit, core prompts, templates, safety practices, and self-directed customization.
Prerequisites	A browser and a user-chosen AI service such as ChatGPT or Claude. The user must understand the provider's privacy settings and keep patient and confidential institutional data out.
Deliverables	Local downloadable files, guided onboarding, public role workflows, and explanatory governance materials.
Exclusions	No PHI, clinical decision support, EHR connection, employer authorization, credential verification, guaranteed host enforcement, ongoing human consulting, or outcome guarantee.
Acceptance criteria	The public pages and downloads are reachable; the SOUL Quiz can generate local outputs; the user can inspect and edit the files.
Customer responsibilities	Review outputs, protect local files, follow employer and professional rules, disclose no PHI, and stop when scope is uncertain.
Data and EDENA ceiling	D0/D1 only · Green Observe/Draft for low-stakes learning and customization. Any ranking or proposed course of action is Yellow Recommend and requires evidence and human review. No external action.
Price	$0 forever. No card, no automatic upgrade, and no automatic enrollment.
Support	Public documentation and email questions as capacity permits; no service-level agreement.
Renewal and termination	No subscription. Users may stop and delete their local files at any time. Public materials may evolve under their applicable license and version history.

Interim seller	Robert Domondon, as an individual founder/steward. Payment does not create independent NAIO assurance, certification, conformance, or institutional authority; NAIO and NIN are not represented here as separate contracting entities.
Named buyer	An individual nurse or learner requesting one personal, no-PHI customization.
Evidence-based promise	A human-prepared customization of the currently offered package based on broad-strokes personal preferences and declared non-sensitive goals.
Prerequisites	Availability confirmation; acceptance of the no-PHI boundary; a public-safe profile containing no patient, employer-confidential, credential, account, secret, or regulated data.
Deliverables	One customized package and a plain-language handoff describing what changed, what was not verified, and how to inspect it before use.
Exclusions	No clinical configuration, institutional workflow, PHI processing, provider account setup, credential verification, installation guarantee, ongoing consulting, or outcome guarantee.
Acceptance criteria	The agreed package is delivered in an inspectable format and contains the agreed public-safe customization fields. The buyer reports missing or incorrect agreed fields within seven days.
Customer responsibilities	Provide truthful D0/D1 information, inspect the package, keep activation and external actions off unless separately authorized, and retain responsibility for use.
Data and EDENA ceiling	D0/D1 only · Green Draft for customization; Yellow Recommend only if a course of action is proposed, with evidence and human review. No PHI and no external action.
Price	$10 one time. No automatic renewal or future automatic bill.
Support	One correction round for agreed deliverables within seven days; no emergency, clinical, technical-administration, or institutional support.
Renewal and termination	One-time service. Work may be declined or cancelled before customization if the request exceeds scope or contains prohibited data; refund handling is confirmed before payment.

Developed-resource library offer details
Interim seller	Robert Domondon, as an individual founder/steward. Payment buys only the listed access and does not create independent NAIO assurance, certification, conformance, or institutional authority.
Named buyer	An individual seeking additional resources beyond the permanent free core.
Evidence-based promise	Access during the paid term to the additional developed resources that are actually listed and released for that library.
Prerequisites	Availability confirmation, current library inventory, price and renewal disclosure, and acceptance of the same no-PHI/human-review boundaries.
Deliverables	Access to the currently listed library resources during the active term. Future resources are included only when explicitly stated after release.
Exclusions	No promise of a particular number of future releases, clinical validation, institutional authority, credential, continuing-education credit, personalized service, or perpetual access.
Acceptance criteria	The buyer receives access instructions and can reach the resources listed at enrollment.
Customer responsibilities	Keep account access private, use materials within their licenses, follow data boundaries, and review all outputs.
Data and EDENA ceiling	Educational D0/D1 use · no PHI · action modes depend on the specific resource and never grant external authority.
Price	$29.90/year. No auto-enrollment. Renewal terms and any automatic-renewal setting must be displayed before checkout.
Support	Access support by email as capacity permits; no guaranteed response time or institutional service level.
Renewal and termination	Access ends at the stated term unless renewed under the terms shown before checkout. Cancellation does not remove the permanent free core.

Courses, credentials, and institutional programs

Course-specific prices, assessment rules, evidence requirements, renewal, appeal, privacy, and revocation must be published before enrollment. Course completion is not competency. A badge is evidence—not licensure, employer approval, clinical authority, or institutional permission.

Institutional, Sovereign, conformance, Exchange, Observatory, and formal credential programs are not activated by this offer page. They require their own decision, owner, agreement, evidence, and gate under Directive v1.1.
