Each person completes their own SOUL Quiz
Capture personal values, working preferences, boundaries, and what must remain human. Broad strokes now; go deeper later. Do not ask anyone to display or surrender private answers.
Start the SOUL Quiz →For nurse leaders and nurse educators
Take the SOUL Quiz, open Hermes from the official source, and run one useful leadership or education workflow with colleagues or staff. Start in your browser. Keep each person's answers private and nursing judgment in charge.
Built by Robert Domondon, ICU nurse, CCRN, CSC, CMC, and physician trained in the Philippines.
For non-clinical work: leadership preparation, education, learning, planning, and professional projects.
Our Intent
Nurse AI OS is not a replacement for anything you already belong to. Not your unit, not your school, not your professional organization, not your license.
We are not here to compete with existing nursing programs — we’re here to strengthen them.
We are not here to make you rich. Wealth is not the point; integrity is. If value follows good work, good. It follows — it does not lead.
And we are not here to pull you away from the bedside. The opposite. Your clinical practice is the source of your authority. Without it, none of this means anything.
What we are here to do: steward the arrival of AI into nursing practice, so that it happens with nurses at the table rather than around us — and to show, by how we conduct ourselves, what ethical and responsible influence actually looks like.
Stewardship, not disruption. Influence, not extraction.
Leader-ready solution path
Keep this page open during a staff meeting, leadership huddle, class, or one-to-one. The links and first safe workflow are together here—no ecosystem tour required.

Start the SOUL Quiz →Hermes is the optional open-source desktop runtime from Nous Research. Opening this link does not install or activate Hermes, import your SOUL file, connect tools, or grant access to your files. If you choose this path, follow the official setup instructions, install and configure Hermes intentionally, then paste a reviewed workflow into that Hermes session.
Open the official Hermes site ↗Choose a staff huddle, meeting brief, improvement update, lesson plan, discussion guide, or rubric. The page builds the prompt locally; the nurse reviews and owns the result.

Your first useful win
Nothing you choose here is uploaded or saved. The page builds a prompt locally in your browser. Read it, copy it, and paste it into ChatGPT, Claude, or an intentionally installed and configured Hermes session.
Your workflow
Your prompt is ready. Read it before copying.
One page, two safe starting doors
Name your values, working preferences, boundaries, and human-only decisions. Each person owns and reviews their own file.
Use ChatGPT or Claude in the browser, or open the official Hermes site for setup guidance. Hermes remains optional; only after you intentionally install and configure it should you paste a reviewed workflow into that session. Nothing connects automatically.
Run one bounded workflow below. The draft is not authority: you verify facts, remove assumptions, and own the final work.
See the first five minutes
This slot will show a nurse leader or educator choosing a workflow, pasting it into a browser AI, reviewing the draft, and correcting one assumption.

Users keep their SOUL file and choose the browser path or optional Hermes desktop path.

Stewards shape safer adoption, contribute feedback, and learn the governance behind the workflows.
What the download is: a ZIP of prompts, templates, local folders, and safety materials. Downloading the ZIP does not install or activate anything. You do not need Hermes to begin; the direct official link is available above when you choose the optional desktop path.
Founding proof cohort
We are recruiting nurse leaders and educators to test one workflow, report where it fails, and help define what responsible usefulness looks like. We will publish only real, permissioned, contextual results.

Built from nursing reality
Robert Domondon is an ICU nurse with more than 20 years across clinical practice, nursing leadership, medicine, and hospital administration. Nurse AI OS began with a practical conviction: nurses should not be passive end-users of systems that reshape care, education, and professional judgment.
The promise is bounded: useful preparation now, deeper capability only when implementation evidence and human authorization exist.
Meet Robert and read the mission →The honest product boundary
Available now
Browser-local workflow selection, prompts, templates, SOUL files, local folders, and D0/D1 safety practices. No PHI and no external action.
Capability-gated
EDENA, Florence-X, memory, connectors, and action modes operate only where the specific capability is implemented, tested, evidenced, and activated. A tested Integration Contract reference implementation — with five Mission Control role packets and a synthetic healthcare sandbox — is published in the repository as implementation evidence.
Formal-gate programs
Credentials, institutional use, conformance, PHI eligibility, and high-consequence workflows require separate governance and authorization.
Start with the person, not the platform
Use this page with your colleagues or staff, then let each person decide whether the browser path or optional Hermes path fits their work.
