Honest terms, plainly stated
What this site is for, what it will never claim to be, and the boundaries that protect you, your patients, and your license.
Effective date: July 25, 2026 · Applies to nurse-ai-os.org, currently operated by Robert Domondon as the individual founder and steward. NAIO and NIN are project initiatives, not separate contracting entities on this site. By using this site, you agree to these terms.
Nurse AI OS is the governed professional environment for nursing AI work. This site's public Community personal-use experience is an educational and personal-productivity offering for nurses and nursing students; it is not the formally gated Personal Edition described in Directive v1.1. It is browser-first, D0/D1 only, no-PHI, and review-first. The core browser-first setup and self-customization are free forever: the SOUL Quiz, starter kit, core prompts, templates, and safety practices require no credit card and do not convert into a paid plan. Optional Tailor-fit setup is $10 one time; the optional Resource Library is $29.90 per year, with no automatic enrollment. Founding-year recognition may end, but the free core does not. Separate optional offerings may be paid; read their exact interim seller, buyer, deliverables, exclusions, data ceiling, support, and renewal terms on the current offer sheets.
Nothing on this site is medical advice, clinical guidance, or clinical decision support. Nurse AI OS is not a medical device, is not certified for clinical use, and never claims to be. It does not replace your education, your institution's policies, your professional judgment, or your accountability as a licensed professional. AI tools referenced or taught here can be wrong and can generate convincing but false information — you are responsible for verifying anything that matters before relying on it. Your clinical decisions remain yours, always.
You agree never to enter protected health information — patient names, records, charts, screenshots, room numbers, or stories that could identify a patient — into this public Community personal-use experience, its forms, downloads, email channels, or any unapproved AI host. Public use is D0/D1 only. D2–D4 data, connected organizational workflows, PHI eligibility, and consequential use belong only in a separately authorized Institutional or Sovereign environment with the required legal, privacy, security, clinical, technical, and governance controls. This website does not create that authorization.
Using this program does not create a professional, clinical, educational, consulting, fiduciary, or employment relationship of any kind. You are responsible for complying with employer policies, professional rules, platform terms, and applicable law. Public Community personal-use may support personal, learning, and professional D0/D1 work, but it does not connect to employer systems or grant workplace authority. Any organizational use requires separate approval by the organization with actual authority.
Copyright in original Nurse AI OS materials is held by Robert Domondon unless an artifact states otherwise. Repository software remains under Apache License 2.0, and this repository's documentation, playbooks, and curricula remain under CC BY 4.0. Third-party components retain their upstream terms. Separately published artifacts may carry separate terms only where those terms are attached to the exact artifact; this page does not narrow an existing grant. Nurse AI OS™ is a trademark of Robert Domondon, with registration pending. Read the complete licensing and trademark boundary. Everything is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind; to the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for damages arising from use of this site or its materials.
Lamp Huddles and community spaces follow the same rules: no PHI, no clinical advice, respect for every member, and confidentiality by default. Sessions may be recorded for members who can't attend live; the sharing round can go off-record on request. We may remove anyone from community spaces who violates these rules, because they protect everyone else.
We may update these terms as the program grows; the effective date above will change when we do. Continued use after changes means acceptance. Questions: robert@nurse-ai-os.org.
