What Nurse AI OS is
Core browser-first setup and self-customization are $0 and free forever. Hermes is a provisional, replaceable, optional desktop substrate—not the product or authority. Nurse AI OS is not an EHR, clinical decision-support system, autonomous clinician, certification body, finished standalone operating system, or institutional authorization.

Accuracy before coverage
Five boundaries that must travel with the story
- The public Community experience is D0/D1 only and no PHI; D2–D4 require a separately authorized environment.
- EDENA mechanical enforcement may be claimed only for a named implementation with evidence.
- Florence-X components are capability-specific and developing, not a finished deployed institutional service.
- Licensing is artifact-specific; existing grants remain, the Directive is all-rights-reserved, and the open-core boundary is pending.
- Founding-year recognition ends December 31, 2026; the free core does not.
